How an order is formed

Pre-order items are manufactured and delivered to Kazakhstan from the next available shipment — the estimated delivery time is 30 business days.

By placing a pre-order, you reserve the model at a special discounted price of 15% (excluding the Modest collection — closed swimsuits and burkinis). We will confirm the exact lead time for your model when processing the order.

If the item is in stock, the shipping time is shorter — please check with the manager.

After the order is handed over for delivery, you will receive a message with a tracking number and will be able to track the parcel yourself.

Delivery

Delivery in Almaty: you can call a courier yourself at your discretion, or we can arrange delivery through Rika, but the delivery payment is made by the client, the cost is about 2,000 tenge, delivery is carried out within the day.

Delivery within Kazakhstan: 3,000–5,000 tenge, the term depends on the locality.

Pick-up from La Plage showroom in Almaty — Kabanbay Batyr st. 65/76 — free of charge.

Please note: orders are dispatched on working days, Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery is paid by the recipient.

Delivery outside Kazakhstan. International delivery is carried out by CDEK service according to the transport company's tariffs. The cost and delivery times are calculated when placing the order and depend on the destination country. The delivery of the order and customs duties are paid by the recipient.

You can pay for your order in a convenient way:

Through Kaspi service.

By transfer to the current account using the details specified when placing the Order.

In cash or by card when picking up from the showroom.
