Exchange and Return

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Protection of Consumer Rights", swimwear and underwear of proper quality are included in the list of goods that are not subject to exchange and return. The only exception is a manufacturing defect.

If a manufacturing defect is found, the swimsuit is subject to exchange or return — contact us within 3 days of receiving the package.

Exchange or return of a defective item is possible provided that:

• the hygienic sticker (for swimwear) is intact and not peeled off;
• all tags are intact and attached to the item;
• the item is clean, without foreign odors and signs of use;
• the item is folded and packed in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns of swimwear that has been soiled or damaged. In this case, the item will be sent back to the buyer at their expense.

Please note: when trying on swimwear, it is mandatory to do so only over your underwear — this is a condition for preserving the hygienic sticker.

How to arrange an exchange or return for a defect

Write to our manager on WhatsApp or Instagram — attach a photo of the defect and the order number. We will process your request and replace the item as soon as possible. Shipping for exchanges due to defects is at our expense.

We recommend carefully checking your order upon receipt.

Exchange and Return of Headwear

Headwear of proper quality is subject to exchange or return within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, provided that the item has not been used, its commercial appearance and consumer properties are preserved, all tags and seals are intact, there are no signs of wear and tear or contamination, and the original packaging is retained.
