How to determine your cup size
1Measure your bust. The measuring tape should be parallel to the floor, passing through the fullest part of your breasts.
2Measure your underbust. The measurement is taken directly under your breasts; the tape should fit snugly against your rib cage. Take the measurement on an exhale.
Your cup size is the difference between your bust measurement and your underbust measurement.
